DBA United Credit (“UC”) to make credit and/or debit entries as permitted by its agreement with United Credit using the new account identified above. First Payment Default Recourse

This First Payment Default Addendum amends the existing Merchant Agreement between Merchant and United Credit and applies specifically to this loan being originated under Merchant’s account.

Merchant acknowledges and agrees that this loan is subject to a First Payment Default requirement. If the applicant misses their first scheduled payment for any reason, the applicant must make that payment within ten (10) business days of the due date. If the payment is not made current within that time, Merchant will be required to repurchase (buy back) the loan in accordance with lender requirements.

This requirement is a lender mandated performance remedy associated with Merchant’s account and applies only to this specific loan.

By proceeding with funding of this loan, Merchant acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Addendum.
